La Bottega Fagnola is a workshop of bookbinding, paper converting and archival restoration of the book born in 1955 in the historic center of Turin.
Starting from traditional bookbinding, thanks to the skills and insights of Luciano Fagnola, Master Binder and restorer of international renown, the laboratory has progressively expanded knowledge and production to include paper converting, artistic bookbinding, restoration of old books and prints, conservation of modern materials, design binding and artistic printing.
The second generation is headed by Paola Fagnola, a restorer with a degree in Conservation and restoration of cultural heritage at the Higher Education School for Restorers in Rome, which ranges from restoration to the bindery of art, between tradition and innovation, broadening the horizons towards all this which is book and paper.
